Spiritway help
I recently made the spiritway hero team off of PvX and I just have one small problem. I don't know what type of build I should be running to compliment it. I am a sin primary and so I've just been using my discordway bar, but I feel like there would be something more efficient, or no?

Daggers (typical WotA bar) and bring SoH on the SoS rit.
And if by discordway bar you meant an AP bar, then choke yourself for using it on a melee.

I did mean an AP bar, but why is that so bad? Isn't that what your suppose to use for discordway? and I just had no clue how to compliment spiritway hence why I left it.
EDIT: SoH meaning shadow of haste?
EDIT 2: I'm dumb, strength of honor nvm

There are a lot of Discordway nuthuggers, but I feel it is suboptimal, especially so on a melee.
You can easily do a lot more damage if you bring heroes that buff a melee (SoH, splinter, prots, etc).
Spiritway works okay with melees because you can bring SoH and splinter on it. I usually sub in the Communing rit for an ER ele.

Bring SoH and smite condition/hex on the SoS. You can compensate the heals by just using the monk henchies.

Generally i use spiritway on all professions - works gd with melee and just a bit better with casters - casters are ranged so its easier with full caster team to aggro in range of spirits where i find melee in the team tends to be fighting at times just out of spirit range.
Few skill changes on heros and yourself can use the general spirit spammer build without reducing dmg or efficiency - and ive used several diff sin variations ( no ap builds ) , 100b warrior an cyclone axe warrior , fire nuker just as examples.
If you do use melee in the team ( h/h melee ) i tend to pin heros bk just behind spirits so they attack foes next to spirits.

Not sure what the spiritway build is... but iirc its 2 rits, and an MM. On my sin i run a sos rit, psychic instability or panic mez and an aotl mm bomber. Works a charm. SoS has SoH & Smite hex, and I run moebius DB

Pretty much what everyone else said. SoS Rt with Splinter Weapon, SoH, Smite Hex, and Smite Condition. And you with Daggers.
And if you ever go back to discord, IMO, Asuran Scan and Jagged Strike is a better discord caller than AP for you sin.

I wouldn't say the Smites MUST go on the SoS Rit though. If I want those slots for MBaS or something, moving them around (i.e, to the MB) is fine. I find they tend to be able to handle maintaining two copies of SoH better anyway.

Agreed.
Anyway, regarding my hero setups:
SoS Rit
SoGM Rit; an ST Rit or ER Ele if I need the extra defense
MB; Smiter if in low corpse areas

On my Sin, I trade the MM for an ER Prot. Mainly because I like to run into mobs ahead of my Heros and the Prots help me stay alive. And when you trade the Restoration on your Channeling Rt for Smites, your going to need some better heals than henchies. I also use Soul Twisting on my communing Rt because they can raise spirits more often and that helps if your running through content pretty fast.
I would also suggest going A/W and adding "Save Yourselves!"
Happy Hunting!

Tbh I often fit SoH on the SoGM rather than the SoS, allows me to then keep the resto skills.

I've tried running a Spiritway setup on my sin but it was pretty meh compared to this:
*SoS with Splinter and resto skills.
*Smite hero for 16 spec SoH, cleaning, a little redbar support and extra damage.
*Standard minion bomber.

So you've traded out a SoGM Communing hero for a smiter (as pointed out above you can fit SoH onto the SoGM hero at a slightly lower spec).
I was just wondering what elite do you run on your smiter? RoJ? UA?
I'm not sure whether the loss of communing spirits is worth the support a smite hero could bring.

Similar to mine for my assassin:
SoS/Restore Rit
ER Ele with SoH
Aotl MB with Blood Bond,Weaken Armor, MoP, Rip.
I don't find the communing spirits to be as useful as they appear, except Pain, since they are expensive or have long recharge. Too bad heroes can't use summon spirits.

I think he uses RoJ, and as I noticed the energy management of the SoGM is pretty bad, if u put SoH in it, it will even be worse and less damage compared to the 16 Smiting prayers of Ogden D:

AS long as the SoGM's initial energy is high enough you shouldnt have any real issues with energy

Jesus Beam if you want an extra nuke, UA if you want lots of ressing, Signet of Removal if there are lots of nasty hexes/conditions(bogroots/frostmaw for example)

16 spec SoH is lol, and honestly I'm not a huge fan of a communing hero in a 3 hero setup(2 man 6 hero or soon 1 man 7 hero is a different story of course) because it provides spirits and nothing else.
